COURSE DESCRIPTION

Compendium of applicable regulation and professional ethic patterns as well as common practice in professional architecture performance, and overall in real estate sector.

CONTEXT

Professional legislation. Ethics of the architect. Regulation of the real estate property. Real estate valuation.


STUDY MODE

Seeks to provide the pupil with adequate ethical and legal skills, enabling him to exercise his future activity within the professional regulatory framework and a socially responsible behavior.

ACTIVITIES

Theoretical classes. Staked practices. Personal tutoring. Conferences, debates and attend film screenings.


EVALUATION

Each part of the program ends with a written exam. Furthermore, a research paper is carried out during the course, and a serie of weekly practices. Assistance and participation in classes is also valued.


SPECIFIC REGULATIONS

This subject consists of two clearly different parts (part A, units 1 to 4, and part B, units 5 to 9). Each part must be evaluated with a written test, in which a least necessary mark of 4.00 will be asked to obtain in order to be part of the grade average.

Additionally, students will be asked to perform a research work during this quarter and a series of weekly practices. Attendance and participation at class will be also valued in final grade.
