CONTEXT

Second level of the three possible matter for the sport of cycling.

Involves the second of three courses that develops technical training related to cycling, both on a knowledge of basic and general character which will know the health and recreational possibilities of this mode sports and everything related to the athlete training and potential orientation to the world of competitive sport.

ACTIVITIES

Continued assistance will be needed to assimilate the content class to the rhythm of the group. The use of a mechanical implement as cycling and possible risk perception by students justify the need to attend classes in order to evolve safely and within the original objectives.

Evaluative activities have a distinctly educational in themselves.

The bike practice orients to the development and strengthening of the domain of the collective technical skills own road race and individual technique advanced mountain bike rider and advanced mechanics.


EVALUATION

It will pass the subject through two pathways, either continuous assessment rather ordinary exam final exam.

Continuous assessment:

Control 50% theoretical

30% Working literature review.

20% Concept Map to develop on a chapter of Agenda (technique, tactics, strategy)

Controls must be overcome with more than 5 points for final weight.

The matter coming within ordinary call, opting to overcome stuff via resit exam in July.


SPECIFIC REGULATIONS

The language of the course will be taught in Spanish.

Each student will be assigned, in the early going, a bicycle according to anthropometric characteristics and the use of helmets will be absolutely mandatory for security.

If the student prefers to use his own material, you can do likewise.
